Institutional representatives
Institutional representatives (IRs) are appointed by the president, representing academic and administrative shared leadership to lead a committee charged to develop programming that supports career advocacy, diversity, inclusivity and advancement of women at Wayne State University. Representatives are appointed for a two-year term as chair of the committee. IRs also serve as liaison to the MI-ACE women's Network. Those responsibilities can be found on our get involved page.

Planning committee
The Planning Committee is composed of women in leadership roles in financial operations, student affairs, career counseling, community relations, marketing, and other major areas of university operations, as well as women who aspire to these leadership positions. Planning Committee leaders, such as communications, website administrator, treasurer, and secretary, serve a one-year term.
